Every Classics title is freshly typeset from an authoritative source text, proofread line by line, given a modern reading layout with a working table of contents, and issued with an original cover and a short contextual introduction placing the work for a present-day reader.
Original novels and novellas by contemporary authors publishing under the house's imprints, written for readers who want a full story told well.
For these titles the house handles the work an author shouldn't have to: developmental and line editing, proofreading, cover design and art direction, interior typesetting, metadata and retailer setup, and ongoing distribution and marketing across the major stores.
Bunny Moon Publishing does not operate a storefront on this website. Our titles are produced by the house and sold to readers through established third-party retailers, where they can be bought outright or, for participating titles, read on subscription.
Because purchases are completed on the retailer's own site, orders, delivery, billing, cancellation and refunds for those purchases are handled under that retailer's own policies. Anything else you would like to raise with the house can be sent through our contact form.
We publish a title when it is ready and not before.

That a book is worth making properly.
Bunny Moon Publishing LLC is an independently owned publishing house registered in Wyoming, in the United States. We work at the scale of the individual book: one title at a time, edited closely, typeset by hand rather than poured through a template, and given a cover made for it alone.
Half of what we do looks backwards. There is an enormous body of literature now free of copyright and, too often, available only as an unreadable scan or a wall of unformatted text. We take those works and make them into books again — properly set, properly proofread, and introduced for a reader coming to them for the first time.
The other half looks forward. We publish contemporary novelists whose work has an audience but who don't want to spend their working lives on typesetting, metadata and retailer dashboards. The house carries that load so the author can carry the story.
We publish in English and French.
